3/30 Deadline: FoodCorps Oregon

FoodCorps Oregon is currently recruiting members for the 2026-2027 school year in Oregon’s Hood River County School District. They partner with elementary schools and district leadership to engage students in hands-on food education and nourishing cafeteria projects. Their mission is to ensure all children have access to nourishing meals. Becoming a FoodCorps member is a full-time paid position that comes with many benefits such as up to $40,000 in compensation, health insurance, and more. 4/10 Deadline: Humanities Action Fellowship

Oregon Humanities has recently announced their first Humanities Action Fellowship. This is a supportive fellowship program for young adults aged 18-25 who are interested in developing or facilitating public humanities programs in their communities. Their goal is to create a cohort of 4-6 young adults from around Oregon and support them through the completion of their humanities projects. Fellows will receive a $1,500 honorarium as well as support from a mentor to complete a community-focused project. Applications must be submitted by April 10th, 2026 at 11:59pm Pacific Standard Time.

North Plains Oregon Internship

North Plains Oregon has an internship opportunity that may be a good fit for Pacific students, particularly those in business administration, communications, marketing, graphic design, journalism. This internship is a great opportunity for students to learn and gain experience in public relations (PR), content creation, and civic engagement. Students will have the opportunity in taking impactful, educational, and fun responsibilities such as website content management, social media and digital engagement, and more. Students will get to practice knowledge they have learned from classes as well learn new strategies and leadership skills that will help them in the future.

TFAS D.C. Academic Internship Programs

The TFAS D.C Academic Internship Program takes place in Washington D.C. at George Mason University. Students will get the opportunity to variety of activities such as networking events, guest lectures, site briefings and professional development. Student will gain more than 250 hours of amazing experience to better prepare them for the variety of career opportunities out there. Program tracks include International Affairs, Public Policy & Economics, Journalism & Communications, and Business & Government Relations. Rolling application windows are open between now and March 2026.

Intern at Northwest Association for Blind Athletes

Northwest Association for Blind Athletes has a summer internship that may be a good fit for Pacific students, particularly those in Sports Leadership and Management and Social Science. You’ll get the opportunity to work closely with athletes, volunteers, and staff, supporting adaptive sports programs and gaining invaluable experience in nonprofit operations and event planning. This hands-on role includes leading adaptive sports events, managing program logistics, and assisting with the day-to-day administrative tasks that drive NWABA’s mission forward.
