This internship is a great opportunity for students to learn and gain experience in public relations (PR), content creation, and civic engagement. Students will have the opportunity in taking impactful, educational, and fun responsibilities such as website content management, social media and digital engagement, and more. Students will get to practice knowledge they have learned from classes as well learn new strategies and leadership skills that will help them in the future.

TFAS D.C. Academic Internship Programs

The TFAS D.C Academic Internship Program takes place in Washington D.C. at George Mason University. Students will get the opportunity to variety of activities such as networking events, guest lectures, site briefings and professional development. Student will gain more than 250 hours of amazing experience to better prepare them for the variety of career opportunities out there. Program tracks include International Affairs, Public Policy & Economics, Journalism & Communications, and Business & Government Relations. Rolling application windows are open between now and March 2026.

11/18 Deadline: Boxer Business Futures’ Leadership Through Technology Internship

Looking to get hands-on experience in business? Pacific students can now apply for a 10-week internship through our university Boxer Business Futures program. Participating students will gain hands-on experience working directly with local businesses and build job-ready skills in client relations, marketing strategy, website development, and social media management. Interns will be expected to commit 15 hours per week and will receive $3,600 for their participation.
