The Forest Grove School District will be integrating the Junior Achievement Program, with the help of an EDC CEP grant, into the high school and grades 7/8 for the 2018-2019 school year. In the Forest Grove High School, the Personal Finance program will be taught in the fall semester. As part of the effort, we are working with the business community and school community to find volunteers to teach the course. As it states below, the class is about 1 hour and is for 5 dates. About 19 volunteers are required as there will the class will be taught 19 times to cover all high school students. More information on training and contacts is attached.

Touching Base-Resume’ review
- Starting in October the seniors at Forest Grove High School will be receiving the Junior Achievement Personal Finance curriculum in their advisory class periods from 9:38 – 10:30am. The volunteer would visit the classroom on 5 different days to teach 5 lessons.
