Lives in Limbo: Talk at Linfield College

Roberto G. Gonzales, assistant professor at Harvard University Graduate School of Education will be discussing the findings of his 12-year case study of undocumented youth and education at Linfield College. His book, Lives in Limbo Undocumented and Coming of Age in America, displays the effects legal and educational institutions has impacted and shaped their lives.

The presentation will be held in the Richard and Lucille Ice Auditorium in Melrose Hall. A book signing and reception will follow.

The event is free, open to the public and sponsored by Academic Affairs, the President’s Office, Nicholson Library, Unidos Bridging Community, Global Languages and Cultural Studies, LCAT, and the Diversity Advisory Committee.
