The Lower Columbia Estuary Partnership is looking for a Temporary Field Technician. The LCE Partnership is involved in ecosystem condition, fish, water quality, toxics, invasive species, and habitat restoration action effectiveness monitoring programs.
The position involves collecting monitoring data and assisting with habitat restoration activities. Preferred experience: experience adhering to established field data collection protocols, wetland plant identification, fish collection, maintenance of field monitoring equipment, data management, and GPS experience in field settings
Position: Temporary Field Technician
Duration & Time Commitment: June 2017 – August 2017, but may be extended.
Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary Range: $18 – $20/hour
Supervisor: Senior Research Scientist
