Trail Saturday: February 23rd

It’s Valentine’s Day in Forest Park. The leaves have fallen, the ground has thawed, and the Wildwood Trail needs your love. Join Forest Park Conservancy for a morning of trail maintenance in the park. 

What: Forest Park Volunteer Work Party

When: Saturday, February 23rd,  9:00 am to noon

Where: Springville Road Trailhead (Follow link to view map. Do not trust your GPS.)

Plan to pack plenty of water and dress for all-weather conditions. Long pants and sturdy, close-toed shoes are required for your safety. All training, tools, snacks and prizes will be provided.

Day of Stewardship: March 9th

FPC’s largest single-day restoration event is just around the corner! Sign up now for a morning of invasive plant killing and native tree planting in and around Forest Park. After the work party, come celebrate your accomplishments over pizza, beer, and raffle prizes.

What: Forest Park Day of Stewardship

When: Saturday, March 9th,  9 am to 12:30 pm

Where: Detailed site assignments will be emailed to registered participants the week of the event.
