Two One-Day Volunteer Opportunities in Forest Grove
If you’re looking for ways to help the community and/or fulfill some service learning hours, there are two up-coming local opportunities that will not take much of a time commitment. They also sound like a lot of fun!
The first is “SOLVE IT for Earth Day” on Saturday, April 21st from 9am-12pm, which will consist of cleaning up parks, waterways, and neighborhoods in and near Thatcher Park (Forest Grove).

The second opportunity is with the Forest Grove Community Library, working with children and adults during their celebration of bilingual literacy on Friday, April 27th (with two-hour volunteer shifts). Knowledge of Spanish is not required.
